Accessing the Patient Portal
Once you begin treatment, we’ll reach out to help you set up your patient portal. Greenbrook uses AdvancedMD to manage patient accounts. Through the portal, you can pay bills, check appointments, and access additional tools to manage your care. To get started, follow the instructions below to register for your AdvancedMD patient portal. If you have any trouble or questions during the registration process, feel free to contact us—our team is here to help!
Step 1: Email Notification
Once you start treatment, you’ll receive an email with an invitation to register for your patient portal. When you receive the email, simply click the “Create Your Account” button to get started.
Step 2: Register
Click the Create Your Account link to open the AdvancedMD registration page. From there, you’ll create a password and complete any remaining required fields. Once everything is filled out, click the Register button—and you’ll be all set with your AdvancedMD patient portal!
Step 3: Login
Once you've registered, you will be logged into the patient portal dashboard. From the dashboard, you can access all of the different portal functions such as:
- Viewing upcoming and historical appointments
- Messaging
- Online Bill Pay
- Completing Patient Forms
- Accessing Patient Records
- Uploading Documents and Insurance cards
