Dr. Anthony Aichouri

Dr. Anthony Aichouri is originally from Casablanca, Morocco. After receiving his medical degree from the University Hassan II of Medicine and Pharmacy, he pursued a Ph.D. in Pharmacology. Dr. Aichouri immigrated to the United States in 1990 and pursued a residency in General Psychiatry then a Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Columbia-Missouri. Dr. Aichouri decided to start a private practice and made the San Luis Obispo area in 2003.

Dr. Aichouri has experience working with patients of all ages and with various conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, eating disorders and other various mental illnesses. Dr. Aichouri has built a reputation in this area for being very kind and competent. His goal is the help all patients accomplish their utmost potential at all levels of functioning.

Dr. Aichouri is fluent in three languages and enjoys all sorts of outdoors that the Central Coast has to offer. He also has 3 children and is very involved with his family.
