Dr. Lauren Elliott

Medical Director

Dr. Lauren Elliott joined Greenbrook TMS in December 2016 as Medical Director of our Owings Mills location. She earned her medical degree at New York University School of Medicine and completed her postgraduate training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Wellesley College. After completing her residency, Dr. Elliott worked at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Pennsylvania in a hospital-based practice combining psychotherapy and psychopharmacology and participating in the Women’s Mental Health Program. During that time she held a faculty appointment as Adjunct Teaching Faculty at Temple University School of Medicine. She also performed psychiatric evaluations and medication management at a community-based outpatient mental health center. She is currently on staff at an outpatient private practice in Baltimore County. Board certified in adult psychiatry, Dr. Elliott has a special interest in women’s mental health, an area of psychiatry that addresses issues that arise throughout the reproductive life cycle.
