Regional Mental Health Technician (TMS Therapy) (PRN)

Part-time/PRN position now available in our S. Maryland Region (Kensington, Olney, Rockville) offering the opportunity to provide patient care utilizing a breakthrough treatment modality for treating depression, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, or TMS Therapy. Greenbrook TMS is seeking an individual who will be certified to deliver TMS Therapy under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and center manager.

Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Delivering TMS Therapy to our patients - training is provided
• Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
• Office administrative tasks such as managing leads, reporting statistical activity to center manager, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or
• a HS Diploma/Associate's degree AND at least 2 years mental health experience.
• At least one year in a patient care/mental health office setting

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Billing software knowledge
• Insurance knowledge
• Clinical Interviewing
• Basic Life Support Certification

This position will work approximately 24-30 hours a week as needed travelling between centers in our Southern Maryland region - Kensington, Olney, Rockville centers with flexibility needed to work 8 hour (or less) shifts between the hours of 7a - 7p.
