Regional TMS Technician (Mental Health/Medical Assistant)

Full time Regional TMS Technician position covering our southern NC/northern SC centers (Asheville, Greenville and occasionally Columbia) now available, offering the opportunity to provide patient care utilizing a breakthrough treatment modality for treating depression, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, or TMS Therapy. TMS NeuroHealth Centers is seeking an individual who will be certified to deliver TMS Therapy under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and center manager.

Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Delivering TMS Therapy to our patients- training is provided
• Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
• Office administrative tasks such as managing the treatment cycle, reporting statistical activity to center manager, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the field of psychology, social work, or related major, or
• HS Diploma/associate degree and at least 2 years mental health experience
• Medical Assistant experience strongly preferred

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Billing software knowledge
• Insurance knowledge
• Clinical Interviewing
• Basic Life Support Certification

This position will travel to our Asheville (45%), Greenville (45%) and Columbia (10%) centers as needed, typically one location per day. Reliable transportation is a must!

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
