Directions
From Gratiot, turn on to Dickinson Street. Turn right on to First Street. Our building is the second building on the left. right across from the fire station. Front door is always locked. Enter the building using the side entrance that is located on the right side of the building. Some patients have had difficulty finding this office or having their GPS take them to the wrong location - it is best to put 28 First Street in the GPS, and leave out the suite number.
Getting Started at Greenbrook
At Greenbrook our dedicated Care Team will support you every step of the way—from insurance coordination to scheduling and beyond. Schedule a no-cost consultation today, and we'll help you find a depression treatment that's right for you. We're here to answer any questions you have.
During your consultation, you will meet with a Consult Coordinator to learn about the treatment process, and our Care Team will start the insurance paperwork if needed. Next, you will meet with a Greenbrook-affiliated licensed mental health provider for an evaluation, which includes detailed questions about your history and symptoms. If the Greenbrook provider has determined that you're a candidate for SPRAVATO® or NeuroStar TMS therapy and you're ready to move forward, they will create your individualized treatment plan. Then, you're ready to start treatment at Greenbrook!

What is SPRAVATO®?
SPRAVATO® is an FDA-approved nasal spray. It is a prescription medicine used:
- with or without an antidepressant taken by mouth, to treat adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD)
- with an antidepressant taken by mouth, to treat depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) with suicidal thoughts or actions
What is a typical SPRAVATO® treatment plan?
Treatment is provided under the direct supervision and monitoring of trained medical professionals for at least two hours. After your two-hour monitoring, you may feel groggy and woozy. You will need to avoid hazardous activities for the remainder of the day, including operating a motor vehicle.
A typical treatment plan consists of:
- Induction, Week 1-4: 2 treatments a week
- Maintenance, Week 5-8: 1 treatment a week
- Maintenance, Week 9+: 1 treatment every 1-2 weeks
Treatment plans may vary depending on clinical conditions.
