Brittany Schwemmer

Brittany joined Greenbrook's leadership in 2021 as Vice President of Human Resources. With 15 years of Human Resources (HR) and leadership experience, specializing in the healthcare sector, Brittany most recently oversaw the HR department at National Spine & Pain Centers, LLC (NSPC); during which time, she was integral in transforming the team from the foundation level into an industry-leading example of efficiency and excellence.  She has an extensive background in managing all aspects of the HR specialty including recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, training and onboarding, payroll and compensation, benefits administration, and retention/engagement initiatives for growing companies with widespread office locations.  

Prior to starting at NSPC in 2012, spent 7 years in various HR roles supporting a non-profit science publication and membership organization.  Brittany's key focus areas encompass ensuring compliance with all current DOL/employment laws and regulations, compiling and analyzing HR business KPIs for practical application, leading M&A due diligence and integration from an HR standpoint, structuring DE&I initiatives, and serving as a constant resource for staff and leadership.
