With over six years of experience in the mental health and TMS industry, Jesse is a seasoned leader in patient intake operations, overseeing a large team of intake agents across both Montreal and Delray Beach, Florida. In his role, Jesse ensures that the intake process is streamlined, efficient, and compassionate, helping patients navigate the critical first steps toward receiving Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy.

Before joining Greenbrook TMS, Jesse led the intake department for Success TMS, where he developed and refined patient onboarding procedures, building a reputation for excellence in customer service and patient care. His extensive background in intake management, combined with his deep understanding of TMS therapy, has enabled him to effectively lead teams and improve patient experience across multiple locations.
